Calling on the experiences of Grandpa Zwahlen's youth, and with diligent effort, he built a successful farming and dairy business. Recalling another aspect of his Swiss heritage, a love of ice cream. Grandpa became known for making ice cream in a hand-cranked freezer, utilizing the cream and fruits produced on his farm. Like Grandpa Zwahlen, I love really good ice cream, as do all the members of my family. Zwahlen's is the best we have found and we enjoy it often in large generous quantities. We hope you'll enjoy your Zwahlen's ice cream experience and make gathering around a table to indulge in its rich creamy goodness a tradition in your family.

Their icecream is the richest and most flavorful icecream i 've ever tasted. I remember when they opened just a few years ago, it was so exciting! The building is so cute and welcoming, and the service is always friendly. The chocolates and chocolate-covered caramel apples are also my favorite. All their toppings are fresh, and i love when they have the flavor of the day. My personal favorite was their hand-made pumpkin icecream :))
My mother's friend gave her some of your peppermint ice cream and I have been missing it since I ate it all and I am not even an ice cream person!!!!!!!!!! But this is ice cream to die for!!!!!!!
I just got a pint of the delicious snickers ice cream. Then on the drive home, in traffic on 76, I ate the whole thing! This ice cream is well worth the visit!
A great find! You can sit warm and cozy by the fire and sip home made hot chocolate! Great spot for people of all ages! I enjoy going with my family or just the girls. Lots of fun!
EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Really homemade treats (during the day you can watch them make them) including two kinds of hot fudge (regular & dark), caramel sauce, brownies, cookies, waffle cones, etc, etc...smoothest ice cream texture ever!!! Very creative caramel & chocolate covered apples. All candies made on-site. Worth driving many miles for their very unique products & worth every penny!!!! Topped off with a fantastic (& very patient) staff!!!!!

They use real fruit and other natural flavorings. Their ice cream is smooth and does not contain any gums or other ingredients that don't belong in ice cream!

The best ice cream and desserts you'll ever eat. All made by scratch. A daily special flavor is a treat and makes every visit a special outing. Owned and run by a local family, it has a wonderful Swiss chalet theme.
Their ice cream is to die for!! It's so good we visit year around - even when it is freezing outside. And their chocolate covered apples are absolutely sinful!
