I was looking around for just the right place for yoga classes for a while. I found some good teachers in some good places, but still felt like I hadn't found a place I wanted to stay for any kind of long term. Then I went to one class with Jennifer and said...I'm home!

When entering Yoga Schelter, one enters sacred space to find the inspirational teachings of Jennifer Schelter and the staff. You're likely to leave stretched physcially, emotionally and spiritually.

This is yoga for growth, expansion and possibility. You will challenge yourself and journey to your heart and find truth, creativity, humor, love as well as a wonderful community within the walls of this beautiful studio. A treasure of a yoga studio only minutes from the city and accessible by train or bus and with free parking. For a real yoga buzz, check out medidation and writing classes and annual week retreat in Maya Tulum, Mexico.

Jennifer Schelter is a remarkable teacher -- irreverant, fun and oh so talented. Go for a tune-up or as a part of your daily routine. This is come as you are yoga. Leave all judgment at the door and go for it! Yoga at Yoga Schelter is my favorite time of the week.
