The quality of their performances are as good as or better than those in NYC. The set designs are always impressive. There are no bad seats, the view is unobstructed everwhere. The actors are so very skilled in their craft. My wife and I always leave entertained and satisfied. Becoming a subscribing member is affordable, even for folks who have had an economic impact on their lives. Only if the State approves the budget for the Arts in PA, if not, TWT will lose a major source of income which will impact not only the Walnut but every Arts center and program in the state. Every Arts venue would become in fact a dark venue; encourage your elected officials to adopt and approve funding for the Arts in PA now.

My mother, my kids and I saw a great play at the Walnut. We sat in the balcony seats and even up there, we could see and hear everything. The show we saw was wonderful and the actors kept the kids entertained through the whole thing. Awesome!

I loved Les Mis at the Walnut. Hugh Panero was fabulous. The couple who were funny were fabulous. The voices of the cast were superb. I enjoyed the staging. I thought the children were very professional. I loved the performance of Laurel Yaros. When I saw her face, the whole stage just lit up with her beautiful smile! This was the best show I ever saw at the Walnut!

Walnut St Theatre is without a doubt the most professional in our city . The production of Les Mis was better than any I have seen . Hugh Panero and others in cast are much better than the Bway and London ones .There is an obvious total devotion these actors all put into the show's production . I heard many in the audience also saying that the Walnut's production is by far better than B way ........I was so hooked on this ,saw it several times and each time was better and I became more addicted . Even listening to the Bway music , it does not compare to the quality of Hugh ,Paul And all of the rest of the actors .I cannot name names cause I would be naming every one of them that sang .I hope we will be able to have a production as superior to this in my lifetime .This is one dedicated bunch of actors ,staff and production team .Walnut has really out done them selves with this awesome show .

Le Miserables should be seen by everyone. At the Walnut Street production, I especially enjoyed the performance of "Young Cosstte" by Laurel Gwin Yaros. Her acting was superb. Her singing was angelic. She alone makes the show worth seeing.

I go to so many theatre productions during the year it's hard to keep track. The Walnut Street Theatre is a must for me at least four times a year. A small theatre with a lot of tradition. Recently I went to see Les Miserables, the show was great, they had a lot of local talent and I was taken with the performance of Laurel Gwynne Yaros as the "Yound Cossette". Having seen her at the Media Theatre I knew that she would have a fantastic career and it's great that the folks down at the Walnut Street Theatre saw the same qualities. Great theatre, a treat for everyone.

Shows are excellent. Best in the city. Broadway caliber productions right here at home. Great discounts on subscriptions. I love their customer service. They really know how to take care of people who come and see shows there. Really looking forward to Les Miserables!

The show selections have been varied and interesting over the years. Their casting is always appropriate, and the set design is superlative. Some of the shows we have seen in NYC have been done as well or better by the Walnut Street Theatre.

Walnut Street has terrific plays and musicals (I've been a subscriber for 6 years now) and there's not a bad seat in the house! The acting scenery, sets, and quality of the productions equals that of Broadway.

The talent that the Walnut hires is absolutely amazing. The sets are beautiful. The theatre is comfortable. And there are no bad seats in the house! Why spend the money to go to New York, when you can see quality shows right here in Philadelphia!

The shows they produce are magnificent and my wife and I love to come to Philly from Baltimore, Maryland to see the Broadway quality productions Walnut Street Theatre Company does. We have never been disappoint in the three plus years since we first discovered this theater gem.
