Every pet is unique with a personality as distinct as the markings on his or her face. We, as pet owners, understand this and seek out personalized care that's as special as our four- legged friends. Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, new in 2007, is a $6 million, 24,000 square-foot facility located on six acres in Malvern. Staffed by caring pet care professionals, Wagsworth Manor offers luxury accommodations combined with a full range of canine/feline activities that can be tailored to fit your pet's unique needs. This pairing of clean, safe, upscale accommodations, along with fun, active, healthy outlets for energy release, results in an enjoyable - even beneficial - stay.

I've been taking my little yorki to Wagsworth for over a year now. She was so nervous and shy at first, but when I came to pick her up she was so happy. Now she is always excited as we pull into the Wagsworth driveway.

I’ve been taking my dog to Wagsworth Manor since he was 4 months old. He really loves all the workers there, and is always giving them smooches. Wagsworth has been a lifesaver for me, now he is actually tired and we both can relax when I come home from work. The people there are so friendly and seem to have a real love for each and every animal.

The moment I walked into the facility, I knew this was the only place I would ever board my three dogs. I was greeted immediately and offered a tour . The facility is immaculate, there was employees everywhere we went and the owers were even there, how often does that happen. I was comforted by the fact that it was completely fire sprinkler, that my 3 dogs could all stay and play with just themselves in a nice size yard.
And the best of all when I picked them up they looked wonderful and each time we go back they are so excited, what a comforting feeling.

Thank you Wagsworth your #1 in our book

There is no comparison to other kennels! Wagsworth Manor is the Ritz Carlton for dogs and cats! The facilities are state of the art, immaculately clean and well planned out. The grounds have an amazing number of play yards filled with happy dogs! The cats have a play room with a lifesized tree all their own. The staff is friendly, welcoming and obviously LOVES dogs and cats! They host lots of pet friendly events for the public. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!

This place is really bad. My dog was there for 5 nights and was suppose to be taken care of and instead I picked her up with a broken leg and all the owner can say is accidents happen in life. Although that is true it doesn't relive business owners of being responsible especially if you are paying high prices. Proof that you do not always get what you pay for. My 7 month old lab now has a plate in her leg and required over $4k of surgery. My 2 small boys are so upset. I would not send any pet I loved to this butcher shop!!

While boarding my dog at Wagsworth Manor, she came in contact with Poison Oak. As a result, I came down with a severe case on both my arms, legs and neck. When I contacted the facility and told the staff and manager what had happened they only said they were sorry to hear that. I am very susceptible to Poison Oak and any other form of Poison Ivy and have been suffering for the past two weeks. On top of that, I have had to incur expenses from medication which has not helped very much due to the amount of exposure. PET PARENTS BEWARE! Wagsworth Manor is not concerned with being responsible for problems that they are responsible for whether in all or in part.

Homer stayed at Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort from 10/29 to 11/3, for the first time, recommended by a friend who lives locally, and I have to say he returned home SO HAPPY and relaxed that I would never hesitate to have him check in again.

In the past, he had only been to a highly recommended kennel, two times, however, upon return, he was extremely agitated, depressed, neurotic. This time, when he came home, he was so "normal", which is difficult for a rescue dog, even though we have been together 3 and a half years.

I want to Thank the Staff at this time of Thanksgiving, for making Homer of My Heart very happy while I was on vacation.

I can't say enough about this facility. I feel at ease leaving my dogs when I have to go away. The indoor swimming pool and the huge outside play area are wonderful! What I admire most is that there is no breed discrimination there. Thank you Wagsworth Manor for all that you do and for taking such good care of my dogs!

I was so worried about leaving my 3 dogs at a kennel, but kennel isn't even the right word for Wagsworth. The facility itself is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and best of all, I could tell my dogs loved it there too. I actually cried walking into other kennels, but left here knowing my dogs would be well taken care of. The personalized report cards also showed that the staff really took the time to get to know my dogs. While it's definitely on the pricey side, the money is well worth the peace of mind.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort. I am a first time, new 'puppy mom'. My little (Bichon Frise) Chanel stayed at the spa when she was only three months old. The minute I walked in the door, I was hooked and felt an immediate sense of calmness. The staff who work there are fabulous and Eileen at the front desk is one of a kind! Call early for resort reservations as they tend to fill up!

While they are a little on the expensive side, you know you are getting amazing service. The staff is super friendly and you would never know there were dogs there, Wagsworth is so clean! Our dogs loved their silo luxury suite and their play time. One thing we really enjoyed was reading their daily report cards :)

I love this organization, but more importantly Lizzie my 8 month old Newfie does also. Their grooming is wonderful, she comes out looking like a very pretty newfie, not all hacked up. She loves doggie day care. For a timid dog when I bring her in, she wags her tail and goes right with the staff. She never looks back. I never board my dogs because I do not trust anyone, but Wagsworth has won my trust, since Lizzie will be a quest of theirs this coming October. The facility is beautiful, clean and addresses all the needs of my pet. Their staff is warm and caring. One more thing, I am enrolling Lizzie in their training classes and I have every confidence in them also.
