Before I started at CrossFit I had no problem going out for a 4 or 5 mile run, usually taking me 35 to 40 minutes. The CrossFit classes take it to another level. It's a challenging 45 minute work out and I love it. The instructors are great, and the routines vary from class to class so it's always fresh. Check 'em out.
