Moyo Yoga

I began coming to MOYO about 4 years ago when I was recommended by my accupuncturist, Alina Syzpula. The teachers are all wonderful and the yoga has become part of my pain management plan. I am currently studying under Maureen Priest to complete my 200 hr. YRT certification this year. I am happy to be part of this yoga community.
