This was the first time we've used them and they were very accomidating. We were left a daily note regarding our pet, how he reacted, what he ate etc. They even gave us suggestions and offered to help in other ways that I wouldnt have expected, such as put out our gabage and water the plants take in our mail. Great Job!!
