CHESTNUT HILL'S LITTLE BITE OF SANDWICH HEAVEN.
ANYTHING ON THE MENU - ALL THEIR SANDWICHES ARE GRRREAT.
after a frat party, or a night out dancing you've worked up an appetite for Abner's. Assembly line fast, piping hot & flavorful, not soggy, not limp - but aromatic and delicious.
excellent staff. attentive and smart. clean environment. they pieced me twice & both times I hardly noticed!
over priced, waaaay over proced for the quality of work, the ability of the stylists & the lackluser look you'll have walking out the door. No Thankx!
Just another wonderful spot and genuine gem of Long Beach Island.
It's upscale without being stuffy or arrogant. It's "boutique" coffee that tastes superb, and it's "regular joe" that's so smooth, you'll think it's imported from "coffee heaven".
A wonderful place to stroll to and ring in Sunday morning.
This humble store has fantastic hot coffee & teas, & super tasty iced coffee. Their staff is kind, down to earth & very friendly. The store has internet access as well for those of you who don't know how to stop working! Just steps off the beach you can enjoy a delicious pastry and a cool or hot drink to satisfy your beach munchies. I go to the beach round the corner & stop in several times a day whenever I get down to LBI.
Go - you'll wish your town had one!
Can we put this place up on blocks & wheels and bring it to Philly - everyone needs to try this culinary wonder at least once. Pizza at it's absolute finest. Thin crunchy, definitely NOT flimsy crusts, superb sauces, and fresh toppings. I love, love, love this pizza place.
Filled with Philly's not-so-finest & Marlton's losers too. It's worthless here. Skip it & head south to Avalon.
Nice place. Fun stuff for the kids, and cool atmosphere for the parents.
Beautiful, classy, and sophisticated.
The view is the best. Get up at dawn & see the dolphins playing in the surf just off the shore. That's such a peaceful way to start your day.
Escape to Strathmere. Relax, it's not Sea Isle. It's cool, it's hip and it's a hidden treasure. Don't tell everyone or that will surely change.
If you see Lanie tell her "Ko said Hi!"
This is what STONE HARBOR covets. Jealous much Harbor???
Ventnor & it's wonderful homes with sprawling porches, verandas and awnings. I loved Ventnor as a child, as an adult I appreciate it even more.
It's changed, mostly the homes now are huge, but the few that remain, with their canvas awnings are like a ticket to yesterday's more simplistic shore, a bygone age. I love Ventnor.
This is a truly great beach town. Circle Pizza is the best - the bars are fun, the people come from far & wide, and it all adds up to great shore memories made in Avalon. "Cooler by a Mile" I agree.
LBI is the most beautiful place on the Jersey shore coast. No boardwalk means no silly T-Shirt slogan stores, or arcades every ten feet, or smoking, cursing teens carrying on. No " carnival ride piers" nothing.
This is the best place to relax, sun, eat great food at wonderful restuarants, stroll on the peaceful beaches and shop till you drop.
Not to mention fall in love all over again with your own youth. This place will bring it back. Stunning homes aside, this is a down to earth warm & friendly community. I truly love it - I have since childhood.
SNOTTY Harbor. Not Stone Harbor.
They wish they were Longport!
Thunder Dome, this beach is no resort. The town is over run by trash leaving losers. I don't like the beaches, the restuarants, the bars, the sea, the sand or the nasty Philly crowd that it gets. Yuck!
smells like pee. eeewww. Go past this one, and all the other crappy spots in Sea Isle - head to Avalon for real fun at places that at least don't smell!
My Moore College of Art pal Sue, & her boy Phil had their wedding here.
Elegant is not a term, it's a tangible feeling here. They made for a memorable, magical affair - I still think it's one of the best weddings I was ever invited to. What a truly wonderful place.
I had my bachlorette party here. Nuff said!
They showed us girls a good ol time.
