Worst treatment I've ever received after being late trying to get there in traffic all the way from the suburbs. They wanted to put my credit card on file to charge at their leisure because I was a no-show once before even though I cancelled according to their rules well over 24-hours in advance. Francesca Rivetti CAN cut hair but if you're into people hyping themselves continuoulsly through the cut, then this is the place for you. My guess is they were going through a financial rough patch and took it out on me, but I pulled back all my recommendations to friends and family trying to get her more business. Definitely not a good value for the high-end price for the serivices.
Hipster Home is the best thing since sliced bread for the Philly metro. It outshines any other store in its class because it's a bit more eclectic, has more variety and options for an array of budgets, as compared to some of their "modern interiors" competitors who seem to stringently stick to specific stuffy brands. Their website is also easy to order from and the shop is an experience you don't want to miss. You will almost always be offered wine and a test drive on any of the furniture. It's very welcoming and the atmosphere really makes you want to "hang out" longer than your typical shopping experience in any one store.
