All About The Dog, LLC Mobile Dog Grooming

This groomer displayed a bad business practice. She never showed up for my dog's 2nd grooming appointment, which nearly caused me to have to resheduled my dog's professional photagrapy session for the next day. Fortunatley I was able to find a back up groomer at the last minute. The groomer, Nicole, never called me or returned my calls...yet she contacted a new client (whom I referred to her) to schedule an appointment AFTER she stood me and my dog up for our scheduled appointment! This is unacceptable and a display of poor business ethics. In this line of business, one should be prompt and reliable. At least she could have given me a courtesy call if she needed to cancel. Nonetheless, the unreturned calls said enough in itself. I dont understand how she could operate a business this way. I would never recommend someone like this again!
