Ken's finished video is of average quality. He is on time and is at your wedding all day. Please, please make sure you have him state somewhere in his contract a deadline for when you will get the finished product. He has a million excuses and usually will not answer his phone if he knows it's you again wondering why you don't have your video 9 months after the wedding!
