My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and visited Unclaimed Diamonds to upgrade her wedding set. From the time we entered the store, we were welcomed by the staff. They were very knowledgeable and helped up chose the right set for us. When we returned a week later to pick up our selection, we found a slight problem with our set. The staff there worked diligently to correct the problem to our satisfaction. My wife left the store with a smile and a sense that unclaimed diamonds really cared. I will definitely shop there again.
