Nina's work is fabulous and she is a pleasure to deal with. The wedding cake she designed for our wedding was a stunning 5 tier square box cake with candied hydrangea flowers. On the top of the cake Nina placed a sugar vase filled with candied hydrangea flowers. It was amazing. Nearly everyone complimented the cake's design and its wonderful taste. It was a show piece at our wedding. The candied hydrangea flowers were set aside for me and I now use them as a showpiece inside of a Waterford bowl. Guests in our home cannot believe that the flowers on display were from my wedding cake. Nina is an artist who now uses her talent to create wedding cakes that one can only imagine.
