Why I would recommend The Queen of Hearts Wedding Consultants is very simple - this is how I would want my wedding day to be!
Mark and his staff attended to every detail and were absolutely amazing, especially on the day of my wedding. They made it so that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day while focusing on each other, rather than having to attend to last-minute organizational details. Their presence was appropriate and not at all intrusive, and they were extremely supportive when needed. I am so appreciative for all of their help!
Even though I have spent my career as a Director/V.P of Sales and Marketing, and coordinating major events, I hired Mark Klingsdorf of the Queen of Hearts to coordinate my daughter's wedding. Words cannot describe the service and serenity that Mark and his team bring to the table. Mark's finesse, suggestions and calmness in executing every detail are worth every mill of every penny spent.
My daughter bucked me on hiring a wedding coordinator, and after the wedding, she and her husband raved more about Mark Klingsdorf and his team, than all of the minor details that I had fretted about. If you want to be a guest at your own child's wedding, and have the time to meet with each guest during the reception, then The Queen of Hearts is your answer. A wedding coordinator is not an expense or a luxury, a wedding coordinator is a necessity. The Queen of Hearts over-delivered on every expectation, and I must admit, I was MOBridezilla.

I attended a wedding they put together for Bill and Maura Shuey. I have been to a lot of weddings in my day, but none as well thought out and ran as this. It rained the day of the wedding(it was to be an outdoor wedding) they changed plans, found a Church, set it up beautifully, and then re-directed all of the guests to it. Then the reception ran like clockwork. The food was unbelieveable, right down to one of 30 choices for the Hors D' Oeuvres. Mark was approacheable and couteous and really loved and enjoyed all he did that day. I would absolutely choose him as a wedding planner , he was outstanding.
They do a wonderful job of keeping everything going smoothly, even when impossible situations happen. I would highly recommend Mark to everyone.

Mark was amazing. He calmed my nerves, rerouted all questions that were supposed to come to me, to him and everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. I would've been a wreck without him!

Mark and his team at QoH are fantastic! Without them, I would have been a basketcase on my wedding day. With them, I was cool as a cucumber! They thought of everything, allowing me, my husband, our family and friends to celebrate and enjoy the day. Mark took the time to get to know us; that plus his years of experience in the business allowed him to give us the best recommendations for vendors, ideas, and advice.
Mark and his assistants were amazing. Shortly into our reception, the hook broke on my bustle. I thought I was going to have to carry my heavy train on my arm the rest of the night. However, Mark to the rescue. I don't know where he got it, but he came up with the largest safety pin I had ever seen in my life. Long story short, he somehow jimmy-rigged the underside of my train with the gigantic safety pin, fluffed up the bustle, and the gown stayed bustled and beautiful the rest of the night. Never felt or saw the safety pin the whole rest of the night. My maid of honor and I still laugh about the size of that ridulously large safety pin. But that night, both Mark and his very large safety pin were a god send!!
