Bernadette is a fantastic, fun, & very knowledgable instructor. She lives this lifestyle. Her spirit is good & kind. You learn how & why the moves are what they are. Classic pilates is far more beneficial than the modified altered way, if the instructor is a true professional & have a solid understanding of the work & how to teach it, like Bernadette giorgi does.

recommending this studio to anyone is a no-brainer.... honestly I have never been there but I truly know the brains behind the operation.. Bernadette Giorgi is such a passionate person when it comes to her work.. and thats helping others!!! She practices what she preaches and is great at what she does also... Anybody that is looking for someone that actually knows the ins and outs of pilates then look no further... working out and having fun at the same time, your basically getting the best of both worlds... Good luck with everything Bernadette... People will realize how great your studio is... and even though I have not had the privelage of going there yet.. I know with any studio it starts with the person behind the operation... so all in all you have top quality with the Pilates Studio at AFC!!

I am a member and just recently began taking Pilates with Bernadette Giorgi! She is great! I love the class, the equipment, the particpants! Bernadette makes everything so user friendly as well as challenging! I am a fan of Pilates because of the The Pilates Studio at AFC.

I enjoyed every class I've taken at both Jenkintown AFC and Bala Cynwyd. I miss Bernadette at the Jenkintown AFC. She teaches with integrity, passion, and great care for her clients. The equipment and facilities are first rate.

It's Bernadette Giorgi, she is absolutely fabulous! She let's you know what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. She cares enough about her students to work with you even after class is over so you can get the moves right for your maximum benefit!

Bernadette is a fabulous instructor! Every class is different, and they never get boring! She always provides her students with variations, which is a huge help! My improved core strenghth is all thanks to Bernadette.
