I'm a bear collector, and the Maple Tree has some of the nicest handmade bears I've ever seen! The artist that makes them is amazing! My favorite is the almost 4 foot tall one that I had to have right out of the front window of the shop. She is just perfect in my foyer and she greets everyone that comes to my home!
With living at the shore year round, I get to visit The Maple Tree all of the time. My kitchen if filled with their candles, garlands, and Stonewall kitchen items. I also love the silver jewelry! If you are coming down for the summer, you have to stop in. You will love this store!
My husband surprised me with a beautiful large garden bench from the Maple Tree! This bench is to die for. It is made from all reclaimed barn wood, fence posts, and spindles. Love The Maple Tree and my Husband!

Wow.... a husband here. My wife will only make her wish list from The Maple Tree. Rosie makes it all easy. My wife is always more than pleased with her gifts. This includes from Mothers, Fathers, Mother-in Laws, Father-in Laws, Aunts, Uncles, cousins............. we just all shop at The Maple Tree. Great service and a peaceful, wonderful, atmosphere. Candles, Candles & Candles! I love candles, the variety and knowing that the Maple Tree has handcarved, handpoured, some that are soy, and a collection that is made locally, it is the place to get your candles. I love the beehive candles. They smell great for summer! FS

Best gift shop at the shore! Dynamic and unusual gifts. I always find something when I go to the Maple Tree, whether it's a gift or the yummy Stonewall products to share with my family. Rosie is wonderful and always makes you feel so special. If you haven't been there, you must try it. You won't walk away disappointed!

This store has the most unique items. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming - you feel like you are visiting a friend. The displays are creative and the prices are great.
The Maple Tree is the most interesting of gift shops. The work of the crafters and the personal attention by Rosie makes the experience so worthwhile. As a follower of Stonewall Kitchen products, I am amazed at the selection. This store is the best of the best!!!!
The owner always has a wonderful variety of gifts on display to choose from. She is extremely helpful and very friendly. Her shop is decorated beautifully, so you always leave with new ideas. It is an excellent shop where you can purchase very unique gifts.
Cape May County is home of many lovely stores, but I have to admit that none are quite as unique as this one. Check out the store's garden for some beautiful additions for your flower bed. Came home a few weeks ago with a new pet for the yard- luckily for the neighbors this rooster won't wake them up too early! Really- beautiful handcrafted pieces.
