A legendary Philadelphia bistro, re-opened under the new ownership of Rose Parrotta, one of the city's most well-known restaurant personalities. Parrotta has brought the restaurant back to its original splendor by restoring the luxurious brass, dark wood and leather interior. The intimate 40-seat restaurant features a daily changing, chalkboard menu of exquisite American cuisine.
