Not sure if the owners/employees are aware that "Thank You", "you're welcome", "Sure!", "Please", "Yes you can try, and that's OK if you don't buy", "No problem", "Anytime" ... should be part of their vocabulary.
That store is the worst in customer-service, and I've never felt like I was welcome. A shame, as they do carry great items, from clothing to toys and shoes .... a little expensive ...

Over the top, SNOBBY Owners! I experienced waiting for ALL the Owner's "friends," to be waited on before me, AND saw prices were 15% more than other area businesses for the same merchandise. Good Luck if you have to end up shopping there. I would rather drive to King of Prussia!
