Every bride that I have filmed who has used them tell me how great they are to work with.
The staff here is rude and acted as if we were interrupting them. You aren't able to peruse the dresses and are only able to try on what is brought to you. I told them I was getting married on the beach and I was given huge ball gowns to try on!?! The prices are ridiculous and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Although this place is very pretty, the people are COLD and the prices are RIDICULOUS. Even though I made an appointment, I could tell that the woman who "helped" me wanted to leave for the day from the second she came into the room. She had no patience, she wasn't nice, and I felt very rushed. She asked me what I wanted to see, but brought me nothing that I asked for. This was really horrible since this was my first experience dress shopping.
I did find a head piece that I fell in love with - it was about $600. The best part was that I found the EXACT SAME PIECE at SposaBella for $250!!!! I had such a wonderful experience there and I finally felt special and important as every bride should!
Please avoid this place like the plague.
The Bridal Garden made wedding dress shopping fun and exciting. Andra was wonderful to work with. She was patient, kind, and helped me find the dress of my dreams! I highly recommend shopping there!

Do not go here, save yourself the stress! After ordering my wedding gown, I had a terrible experience at The Bridal Garden. Although I ordered my dress 7 months ahead, it did not come in until one week before the wedding! I called to schedule my first fitting and was told the dress was not in. They finally scheduled my fitting, and, the morning of the appointment, I called The Bridal Garden to confirm. The manager came on the phone to say the dress was still not in (now 3 weeks before my wedding). How unprofessional, first fitting is that day and they don't even call to cancel or to explain the dress is not in? To make a long story short, my dress was finally ready 2 days before the wedding (they actually asked if I could come in the day before the wedding). Please save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. It should be a happy time, not stressful, and The Bridal Garden's reaction was merely "The dress will come in, this happens all the time." What?!
