Located in a residential area of Avalon, at the corner of 21st Street and Fifth Avenue, Sylvester's appears to be an oversized bungalow. But behind a 6-foot-high fence there's seating ample enough for 175. This BYOB has something for everyone. We specialize in large groups and VERY casual dining. Don't feel like sitting down? Check out our amazing fish market where you will only find fresh fish nothing is ever frozen.

My husband is in the Army and he has traveled all over the world and when we were visiting family in Avalon and we decided to go to Sylvesters. The staff at Sylvesters couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, VERY children friendly!! The food is beyond wonderful!! The food is fresh and you leave there 100% satisfied and STUFFED!! TRY SYLVESTERS!!!
