Suky's staff, especially their alterations staff, made my daughter's choice of a plus sized Vera Wang a bride's dream come true! Their wedding day service seamstress helped our daughter get dressed at home, helped her into the limo, and after the ceremony was there to bustle her gown. All the while, she was instrumental in keeping everyone's stress levels down!

AWFUL THAT IS A GREAT WORD TO DESCRIBE IT
the only thing nice about this place is the place and the dresses that hang in it. the people who work there are HORRID... they want your $$ and that's about it. i didn't go there to buy my dress after hearing horror story after horror story about that shop. well, i thought for a minute that those stories were wrong when i walked in and had a decent person help me.

i went in there upset because a dress i ordered from a different salon was ordered in the wrong size, and with my wedding being 2 months away, i needed to find a backup dress and i saw that they were having a sample sale. the saleslady told me that if i PURCHASED a gown, i would not be able to return it but they would be happy to EXCHANGE it for another sample gown. there was a sample there that i liked but i wasn't ready to make the commitment because i wanted to talk to my mom. the saleslady said that i could put it aside with a small deposit. i left them $500 on a credit card to hold the gown... i call them back 2 days later to say i don't want the gown and to please put it back, and they tell me that my $500 is NONREFUNDABLE.

these people are seriously unethical, vultures, completely apathetic and have no compassion whatsoever. they are really rude as well. they prey on brides in awful situations, and i am utterly disgusted by the way they treat their customers. DO NOT GO HERE... SAVE YOURSELF THE TEARS AND HEARTACHE... these people don't care once they have you money whether you have a dress or not. i can understand no refunds for a dress you already special ordered, but this is absolutely ridiculous.. go to Maria Romia Bridal instead in Center City Philadelphia - you'll do much better there.

This is one place you want to AVOID. I should have read all of the reviews online before going there and spending even a $1. They try to have the appearance of a full-service, high-end wedding salon, but they are nothing more than a pretty store with snobby, rude sales people trying to make a quick dollar at your expense. And it doesn't matter how much you spend, $2,000 or $12,000 - you get the same terrible, unprofessional service. What makes it worse is that they're nice to you (albeit, apparently not always) when you're buying the dress, once you've bought it, you're in a pickle. They hold your deposit hostage as the weeks pass by one after the other after the promised date, and no one calls you to let you know. You have to call and then get passed from one sales person to the next. And if they say they'll respond to emails or call you back, don't bet your wedding on it. It's best to keep following up or you'll end up on your wedding day with nothing to wear. I feel bad for all the other women who had the same experience I did. Save yourself the bitterness! You want to love your wedding dress, not think of the nasty, rude sales person who was so condescending to you. You deserve better!

Suky Rosan is terrible. They only care about selling the dress, pocketing the money, and then offer no service. They are unresponsive and are just rude. They lie about when the dress will be delivered, and when they make mistakes... get flippant and nasty. It's unfortunate as I expected to have a fabulous experience based on my initial salesperson, but once they had my money... they were horrible. I really recommend going elsewhere for a wedding dress. The experience is supposed to be fun and exciting, and these people only cause stress and frustration. Granted, I do understand that there may be scheduling problems and such... but my objection lies with their treatment of clients and also their unwillingness to respond. Stay away from Suky! Yes, they have nice dresses, but trust me... and read some of the other reviews (which I unfortunately hadn't before shelling out over $10,000)... it's not worth it. They should never win this prize. There are plenty of other alternatives where they treat you with respect. I unfortunately made this mistake, along with many others who feel the same way... so take note and don't do the same.

OMG Thats all I can say. I got a gown here that looks like a million dollars and was only about 4,700.00 The people here are great and they let you come in and try your dress on when ever you want. I am so excited to be working with such great people. Sukys really is the cream of the crop!!!
