Steven Singer helped my fiance find the perfect ring. My ring is indeed perfect, and exactly what I wanted. We got a great deal, and were treated very nicely by everyone in the store. Many of the stores on Jewelers Row were "too sales-y", unwilling to negotiate, or tried to offer the bottom range of quality for the top range in price. Steven Singer didn't pressure, made a good deal, and were very kind in the process. We were sure to go back there for our wedding bands and were equally happy.

I recommend Steve Singer jewelers because the people they have working there are great. They make you feel very comfortable. I had a great experience with one of the girls there when my fiance and I picked out our wedding bands. My engagment ring was also purchased there. I also know why men hate Steven Singers because they have everything a girl could ever want.

I am in the midst of a nightmare with Steven Singer. I read dingerman19's comments i know I'm not crazy, b/c i was seriously starting to wonder. It was almost my exact same experience.
It's now over a month after my engagement and I STILL do not have the ring. This was after the "salesperson" assured my fiancé "if I didn't like it just bring it back and we'll switch out the setting".
Guess what? That’s not possible. They have to BUILD a whole other ring. After 3 weeks it finally comes in she emails me (which I never got). No call, no follow up call. NOTHING for a week; until I emailed HER to check on the status. Her response "the new ring is here". No urgency, so concern, nothing……again. My engagement has quickly become the worst experience of my life because of her miscommunication, misinformation, and inability to have any understanding of any words that come out of my mouth, or her inability to LISTEN. I can almost guarantee that “my ring” waiting for me as I type this, will not be correct. Do you blame me Steven Singer?
Meanwhile after they gave me the wrong info. they put me in touch with their “customer service” who they assured me they would contact me every step of the way to make me aware of the whole process. Can you guess who hasn't called me for the last 3 ½ weeks. NOT ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME PERSONALLY. I really do hate Steven Singer.
I have literally been in that store a 1/2 dozen times and i still don't have the ring.
They've always been there when I needed them,orders were always on time or early.
my husband has gifted me with the gold roses and I can not wait for any event that will grant me one!!!
