We hired Sterling for our wedding. They were on time and our driver was very professional. Rates are very reasonable in comparison when shopping around with other limo services.
They are the best limousine and transportation service I've ever had to deal with. Ladies night out -- Guys night out -- Any event! This is the company to use!!!!

Sterling Limousine is NOTHING but a TOP NOTCH limousine company.
The only company around that really CARES about the little guy. They treated myself and my guests like we were celebrities! AWESOME driver, service and cars!!!!! I would most definitely use Sterling again!
In February 2008 Sterling Limousine and Transportation generously donated their services to our family when we went to Houston, Texas for our 11 year old son's cancer surgery. It was a very stressful time for us and Sterling's staff helped to eliminate some of the anxiety. The service was prompt and friendly. When we returned to Philadelphia International Airport it was pouring rain. Our driver met us at baggage claim and then had to walk back to get the car in the rain. He did his very best to pick us up as close to the exit as possible so that my son did not have to walk far and all of us did not get soaked. I highly recommend Sterling Limousine Transportation. I will always be grateful to them for their kindness and generosity.
Sterling Limousine does indeed care about the little person. Also the person complaining below called in on a Monday and was told someone would get back to them once it was discussed what amount of Money they were going to get back. But by Tuesday AM she had already complained to the BBB about Sterling. She was going to get 50% $ back but could not wait 24 hours for Sterling to get back to her. So she got Nothing. The BBB ruled in our favor. She was not patient enough to wait 24 hours. Wow.
Driver took us on the longest drive down to Philadelphia. We were 45 minutes late for our dinner reservation!!! And in the end, Sterling charged
US for going over our reservation by 30 minutes. When we contacted the company to complain, Ron said that he would look into the matter and call us back and a return call was never made. Sterling does not value customer service.
Customer service is horrendous. I was consistenty told I would be called back or faxed certain information and I was not. Even management does not seem to care about the little man.
The bad service continued with our driver making us over 45 minutes late to my boyfriend's dinner, loosing us our table. Then, our driver was late picking us up from the establishment and charged us for his extra time, even though it was not our fault that HE got us to our dinner very late.
When I called to complain to management they did not offer money off and were very rushed to get me off of the phone.
If you want good service from Sterling you need to be well connected or have a corporate account. Frankly I hope that fact alone is enough to make people shy away from such an unreliable, uncaring company.
I used Sterling for my 29th bday celebration. They are truly wonderful!! I had the Limousine Party Bus and we had a blast, including the driver.. They had the cheapest price in town..
You will not find a more professional transportation company! Sterling Limo works hard to be the very best and they are without a doubt!!
Just started to use Sterling last year. They are incredible. Always on time, call to confirm pickup in both directions, and they have a pragmatic fleet of vehicles.... not just the usual stretch vehicles. Highly recommended.
We used Sterling to get my family to Phila airport and back when (15) family members went on vacation on 7/9/08 and returned 7/15/08. Sterling had a mini bus at our house at 5:00 am to pick us up and take us to the airport. I have to say they were great. I made our reservations thru their website and it was so easy. My family and I will definitely use their services again. Thank you for making my family vacation great.

Sterling Limo..........what can I say but amazing.................
My daughter is a Special Needs student who went on her Prom in 2007 and Sterling was great with her and her dates. The service from that first phone call to the last phone call was amazing. I have recommended them to others and will continue. They allowed my daughter to enjoy her bvery special evening.
My husband and I were so very pleased with the service and our driver-Charles had a great demeaner and personality. We will use your service again, and recommend you to our friends.
