South Street Sounds not only provides instruments, lessons, practice and recording time at reasonable prices, but supports the 'Philly' music scene by having local talent showcases (called Buddha Fests) at the Tritone (another Philly favorite) the third Saturday of every other month.

Music store, studio, instrument repair, practice space, guitar lessons all at rock bottom prices. Recording rates $15 an hour. Late store hours open some nights after midnight for the late gig needs.
