Ryah has such a relaxing atmosphere. It is highly conducive to relaxation and healing of the mind and body. It is also a FABULOUS place for massage! They have Reiki, cranial sacral therapy, deep tissue, reflexology and other good stuff. A MUST to check out :O)

Ryah is unlike any other Yoga and Health "retreat" in the area. I have tried many and from what I have experienced, Ryah maintains the focus on Yoga and its true meaning - not making it all about the "physical" benefits of Yoga, rushing you through the "routine" - but instead keeping a steady pace, teaching you to focus on the breath and what you are doing in the present moment, perfecting the posture you are currently in, allowing for one to maintain a meditative state, soaking in ALL the benefits of Yoga. Great place to get a massage. Never took yoga but Ryah has peaked my interest. Relaxing atmosphere. Good luck in the voting Ryah.

After coming home from school I was in search of a place to keep up my passion for yoga and of course the occasional massage. Ryah yoga and health satisfied both of those needs. Friendly staff and a great studio. Thank you Ryah.

RYAH offers many services to help you maintain a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. Friendly staff in all services and of course Rocky the therapy dog! Fun place to hang out, learn yoga and get pampered. Great atmosphere. Go Ryah!

RYAH yoga and health has fantastic Shiatsu massages along friendly staff and a charming mascot named Rocky, a beautiful portuguese water dog who doubles as a therapy dog. Make sure to ask to see him.

Most beautiful studio, with friendly staff, great knowledgeable and inspiring teachers and a fab membership plan that gives unlimited classes monthly for only $89 bucks. this place rocks!

When you first walk into the studio you are greeted by a peaceful serene atmosphere and a smile, and it only gets better from there. The range of services offered is very extensive from massage, nutritional seminars, yoga and pilates classes to counseling. Experience it for yourself...you won't be disappointed!
