Robbins Diamonds is hands down the BEST place for your ring! Ron Zulli worked with my husband to custom design a ring I saw in FLORIDA! I obtained a picture of the setting, and for our 10th wedding anniversary Ron designed a jaw-dropping gorgeous setting to remount my engagement ring. He also took the time to custom design a matching wedding band. Who does that? I mean really? The personal attention to everyone in the store is unsurpassed. Robbins defines customer service A-Z! We love you guys!!
My finace had a necklace custom made for me with our birthstones and Robbins (Allentown store) was the only jewelery store willing to take the time to do it. He also bought my engagement ring from Robbins. Robbins asked me what I liked, what he liked and helped us find the ring that was perfect! Their staff is amazing and their selection is second to none! I recommend them to EVERYONE looking for any kind of jewelery purchase!

This is hands down a great place to shop. A few months ago I broke a prong on my engagement ring and I was looking for a jeweler closer to home for repairs. On a whim I went into Robbins and was amazed with the hospitality that I was greeted with. They promptly took my ring to repair it, gave me a schooling on diamonds while I waited and offered me warm chocolate chip cookies. Before I left they not only cleaned my engagement ring they also took my wedding back and cleaned it as well. I went in for a repair and came out a loyal customer. All of my jewelery purchases going forward will be from Robbins and I am happy to be a part of a group of loyal Robbins customers called "The Robbins Diamonds Ringleaders."
I wasn't very enthused about shopping for an engagement ring, of course I love my fiancé and was excited about proposing, but it was the experience I wasn't excited about. Most of my limited jewelry shopping made me feel as though I was shopping for a used car, trying to be sold the most overpriced model on the lot. Robbins proved to be nothing like that at all, I was given space to browse as needed all the while the sales staff was present but not overbearing. When Evan and I finally sat down to go over my options (please go when you have some time because there is no such thing as a quick sale on an engagement ring, as there shouldn't be) he didn't push me to buy anything and in fact tried to keep me at the lower end of my budget. Everything said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
I just wanted to let everyone know of the great service that I got at Robbins in Newark. Not only did they work with me to get the perfect engagement ring, they gave me an education on diamonds to make sure I knew what I was getting. I was so pleased with the purchase I went back there for a necklace I wanted set.
My FI and I have been engaged since March of 2007 and there was no questions as to where he was going to purchase the ring. The staff at Robbins on Cottman Ave. is always so friendly and helpful. We've been back there plenty of times to purchase other items and will continue to do so in the future.
