Their unconditional love is a model for how we should strive to live in our own lives. A session of Reiki healing, can give something back to them for all that they give to us. Animals are very open to the healing energy of Reiki. Animals intuitively appreciate the Reiki energy and enjoy the treatments. Treatments can help them accelerate their healing process, ease pain, improve or help to continue their quality of life. Animals love receiving the Reiki, as they should because they benefit greatly from it. Reiki can be used for all types of illnesses and injuries in animals, especially soothing and comforting to animals that are nervous or in pain, or having difficulty recuperating from surgery. Reiki is gentle and can be done hands on or from a distance. The healer is a transmitter of healing energy to which animals respond amazingly well and faster than humans. Our pets live in the moment; they have no preconceived notions to get over. Animal healing is exactly the same as healing people. They understand healing energy and its benefits immediately; some will actually come looking for it. What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient and widely-practiced form of energy healing. It is a Japanese form of Universal Energy Healing. It is pronounced ray-key. Reiki it is broken up into two words, REI and KI. Commonly REI means universal. Most common definition of KI is life energy. Therefore, Reiki translates to Universal Life Force energy. It is a subtle and effective form of energy healing that connects to the life force energy of the universe. Reiki is a subtle and effective form of healing energy. It is a system practiced worldwide. Reiki practitioners are invaluable in hospitals, hospice, and private practices. They help ease tension and stress, and can help support a person’s body to facilitate healing on all levels- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Also, Pets respond exceptionally well to Reiki - as do all animals! Important to know. It is important to know; Reiki energy works in harmony with all other forms of healing, including drugs, surgery, psychological care or any other method of alternative care and will improve the results. It is not to replace treatment from any Medical or Psychological professions. So do not stop seeing a regular doctor or psychologist in order to receive Reiki.

She just has a gift with animals. Even unfreindly or frighten animals find comfort in her. Reiki has calmed and comforted my sick and dying pet and his last few months were comforted by the reiki treatments he recieved.
