I frequent this lovely establishment with friends, coworkers and family alike. Olde City has a bright beam of Italian sun and cool ocean spray at the end of what can be a rowdy 2nd street. Serenity resides just past Walnut, who knew? The light seafood fare, when combined with the beautiful Amalfi tilework and open-air design come together to complement each other. The service leaves nothing to be desired. The family-like staff offers smiles and abundant food and wine knowledge. Especially a lovely server, Kristi. She was very helpful in our selection of wine for a company dinner of 12. I am an avid Italian wine drinker, and was pleasantly suprised she was on top of her game, quite lovely. She helped in the suggestion of dishes as well as fully explaining the chef's specials of the night. There was a sweet crudo of raw sashimi style appetizer, Madai fish melted in my mouth. Branzino was served in a garlic/clam sauce so fresh tasting. Side dishes of gnocchi, and the baked bean with cheese soooo good. Kobe beef is Italian? Now it is, and was done beautifully with a mustard sauce.There is a raw seafood platter appetizer which hosts a generous mix of seafood clams, oysters, tuna slices. All reccomended and all were tasty. This spot-add it to your "to visit" list.

I LOVE POSITANO COAST-BEEN GOING SINCE 2001(IT WAS LAMBERTI'S CUCINA) LOVE THE LOCATION,THE ATMOSPHERE,AND THE SERVICE HAS DEFINATELY IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. ON ONE OCCASION I TOLD THE SERVER THAT IT WAS IF MY MOUTH HAD .JUST BEEN TO AN AMUSEMENT PARK. I AM A SERVER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I WOULD BE PROUD TO SERVE THE FOOD THERE.

My favorite Old City restaurant, awesome atmosphere, refreshing drinks, light and tasty food. Salmon Lemoncello is my favorite. I also like how they offer classes. Mr. L walks around and greets people like they are family. By far my favorite place in Philly.

The facility has made me feel more removed from my every day surrounds than any other restaurant I have visited. I absolutely love this lounge. I tell everyone I know how wonderful it is and make it a point to return every time I am in the city. The staff presents a feeling of family to every guest, the food is impeccable and the decor is to die for.
