been going to Pop's for 24 years... (I'm 24) luckily, it's right at the end of my street, and we'd walk up most summer nights... i remember when a small cost 65 cents!

I have been working there for a few years and the water ice it the best in the city, nothing like the Mango...ahhh...Pina colata...no the lemon... no the cherry. Oh well I can give you the best because they are all the best just come an try it and see what one is you favorite.
You will see its the best in Philly

Pops Water Ice is the best!!! I have been eating their water ice my whole life. They are very clean and consistent. Their workers are very friendly and always say "Thank you". Their water ice has a lot of flavor and they have a good variety and reasonable prices. I would never buy from anyone else but POPS!!!!
