Originally known as J.C. Dobbs, the Pontiac Grille has been witness to some of the most eye-popping, ear splitting musical events to ever pass through the City of Philadelphia. Hang out in any venue in town and you’re sure to overhear conversation about the night that Nirvana graced our stage or when Pearl Jam played without their drummer. Re-creations of a classic Pontiac and related memorabilia adorn the restaurant walls and the kitchen welcomes a new Executive chef, Scott Schroeder formerly of Deuce in Northern Liberties, Jakes, Brasserie Perrier and Pasion. Along with our new chef, comes a gastro pub menu that blends casual with culinary excellence. Chef Schroeder describes the menu as everyday edibles with flair. Come experience dishes such as our marlin tacos with watermelon salsa, cheese steak spring rolls, vegan hoagie, Kobe Beef burger, creative salads and a wide variety of sandwiches and entrees, and homemade desserts, all using the freshest and highest quality of ingredients.
