Party Decor by Randi did a wonderful job on my daughter, Emily's Bat Mitzvah! She managed to merge our theme (beach) with the decor of the restaurant (italian) into an italian riviera theme. This both saved us money and made the party much more cohesive.
Randi used real shells for the name tags and was able to reuse some items that she had on stock including a huge (6 foot tall) cruise ship! All in all it was a beautiful event. Not only would I recommend her to anyone, I'm using her again this spring for my other daughter's party.
