The Pilates Center at Nelson Chiropractic is South Jersey’s premier Pilates studio specializing in group classes and private lessons. Our beautiful 2000 square foot studio includes bamboo flooring, subtle lighting, lounge area, and three bright and serene workout spaces. We have a full line of Balanced Body Pilates equipment including 5 brand new state-of-the-art studio reformers. Our friendly instructors are professionally certified to teach Pilates through Polestar, one of the largest and most well respected companies in the Pilates world.
