Mew Gallery is a combination shop/gallery/creative outlet designed to provide our customers with approachable, affordable, and original art made, mainly, by local Philadelphia artisans. Along with being a great place to buy unique hand-made wares, Mew gallery provides local creative adults and children with monthly workshops where they can come in, socialize, have a snack, and get to work on an art or craft project. Mew gallery is about supporting artists, promoting community, and providing the public with a unique alternative to mass-produced, socially irresponsible products.

Mew has fantastic stuff all of the time, great gifts, art, jewelry, clothing, bags and their merchandise is constantly changing and getting better! The owners are so sweet and I love their location next to the Italian Market.

Mew is really great actually. They have a wide variety of art and artsy crafts that are unique and super low priced. They've managed to show and sell the affordable works of some of the best artists in the city while still creating a very comfy approachable environment.
