The staff at Medley will talk to you like a person. They are on the cutting edge of the industry. I would recommend anyone who is looking for recording gear to give them a call. They will get it right the first time.
Besides selling fabulous instruments they searched almost two years of receipts to aid my son's (insurance) replacement of burglarized (in Boston) guitars and speakers.
The store is incredible - amazing. The inventory rocks - everything you can imagine and more.

This company's installation division (Planet Medley) is absolutely amazing. You deal with one guy from beginning to end, and experience comforting, knowledgeable, professional service the whole time. They have done huge jobs and tiny jobs, and they are all cutting edge flawless designs.
Without question, this is Philly's best professional musician's store. It's been going strong for over 50 years!! The only other store on the east coast to ever come close was Manny's Music in Manhanttan, now closed for decades. The professionalism of Medley Music blows virtually every other music store away. Go once, and you'll know what I'm talking about. I've been buying from them for the past 36 years, and know what I'm talking about. Every pro musician knows of it, and buys their equipment there. The owner, Gerson Rosenbloom, was the former Acting CEO of NAMM, and thats saying something about the star power (and staying power) of this little gem!!!
