For decades people have debated who makes the best pizza on the Wildwood Boardwalk and personally, I sold my soul to Mack's a long time ago. I am Italian and extremely passionate about food and in my mind if you could take a bite out of Wildwood it would taste like Mack's Pizza. The Mack Pie dates back nearly sixty years to a time when Anthony and Lena Macaroni operated a restaurant located near the old fairgrounds on Nottingham Way in Trenton, New Jersey. It was there that the Mack's Tomato Pie was born. Years later the family opened a pizza shop in Seaside Heights on the Jersey shore but it wasn't until 1953 that this famous pie hit the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Mack's pizza does everything right. It is in a convineint place (and I don't know how to spell convineint.) right near the rides! And it is next to an ice cream shop! It has the right amount of sauce and cheese, and the crust is light and fluffy. I also find the toppings very deluctiable! I just can't stand going to the boardwalk in Wildwood without eating some of Mack's pizza!

Mack's in Wildwood (2 locations) is the best pizza at the beach (period) It's soo good and fresh ---the cheese, sauce, and thin crust just crushes all others My grandparents even went here. It's the Best tasting pizza anywhere! Wish Mack's had a location in Philly, PA! Mack's family: If you are reading this: Bring to Philly: We have the best cheese steaks and hoagies but need the best pizza ---YOU!
