The Grey Lodge Public House has been in business for about 10 years now. Headed by the ever amazing Mike "Scoats" Scotese, The G.L.P was ranked the 25th best beer bar in the country by "Beeradvacote.com." Also we were ranked in the top bars in the country by "Esquire mag." Located on Frankford Ave., just up the street from another very popular bar, the Lodge boasts an always rotating selection of 10 beers on tap at all times.

My friends and family have been visiting the Grey Lodge for a little over a year now. It is without a doubt our favorite pub. The staff and patrons are all good people. Scoats has created a gem of a pub in NE Philly.

price, selection (draft and bottle), cleanliness and atmosphere all can't be beat

Their floors aren't sticky like flypaper.
A great place to go for beer. Has more microbrews on tap than any other place I have been to. And they continually change them. You get a chance to try a large variety.
A plus they have a great tomato pie, and Quizzo is great on Wednesdays

Grey Lodge Pub has the BEST selection of beers in bottles every day. But their tap beer is even better. Changing daily, you never know what you are in for, and with this you are more inclined to try new things. Plus the food is fabulous!!!

The Grey Lodge is a neighborhood bar that is one of the best places to be. First and foremost they have all different types of beer on tap. Second, the food is great, and third would be the hospitality. Everyone is very friendly. Just a really fun place to hang out.
Definitely a stand out in the cuitural desert known as northeast philly! These guys go over board to expand your thinking to the greater world, like as far as thirty miles away, truly break through stuff for a part of town stuck in the 1950's McCarthyism mentality. Excellent fried foods.
Food is great and the beer selection is awesome. It rotates pretty quickly so I always get to try something new.
