My family - members of all ages - love the FI. We a have a membership that allows for guests, and all our out-of-town family and friends have paid a visit and ended up just as excited about the Institute as we are! The Franklin Institute is Philly's biggest gem!

On her first visit to the Franklin Institute Museum, my five year old great-granddaughter's excitement and interest gained momentum as she moved as close as she could to the person who was dissecting an animal heart. After she chose to join the group of observers, her eyes never wavered from the hands of the person who was explaining each part of the dissection.

A whole day at the Franklin Institute still doesn't seem like enough time to do it all. It's the perfect place for fun and learning, for ALL ages.

What's better then a place your whole family can spend the entire day - or 3? Run through a giant heart, pretend to be B. Franklin, check the hour by pendulum, or watch a movie on a 4ft screen. You can never get bored of this place as it's always changing exhibits. See for your self
