I love Margaux! I have gotten countless compliments on the flowers for my wedding - they were beautiful! They made a statement and stood out compared to other weddings. Above all, Margaux is wonderful to work with. She really lets your "vision" come through and listens to how you see your day to look and feel. But then she offers her expertise and suggestions that make it even better. she is more than willing to work back and forth with you and modify your flowers as things progress (and how you might change your mind later in the game). I even felt like she was partly wedding planner, because she made some of the details so much easier and I didn't need to worry about them! I would recommend her 10 times over.

I've known Margaux's designs for many years. Her website nicely speaks of what she brings to floral design today. Her earliest creations, on behalf of several noted studios, included celebrity weddings and open houses in Hollywood, as well as special event creations for the U.S. Library of Congress. Now it is Fleur De Lis that represents today's creative inspirations of its owner and artist, Margaux St. Ledger, whose best accomplishments many folks say are continually emerging.
Margaux was the best florist! She was very personal, outgoing, friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I were planning a wedding in a 5 month time frame. We searched around for florists, but no one really seemed to get a feel for what I was looking for. I met Margaux at her house on a Sunday afternoon, she showed me some of her work, we talked, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She stayed in contact with me during the entire planning process. The morning of my wedding, she showed up at my hotel in PA with the most amazing floral arrangements. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

All florists have "nice flowers" and most have "pretty arrangements," but the floral designs by Margaux at Fleur De Lis fit another category entirely! The designs are both simple and elegant and they always fit the event for which they are intended. I have both hired Fleur de Lis for events and attended weddings which featured their designs --- they are BREATHTAKING!
Planning a wedding can be stressful. After meeting with Margaux, however, we were no longer stressed about the choice of a florist, and knew Fleur De Lis was for us! Margaux met with the bride and goom, and familiarized herself with the wedding site, color scheme and theme. On wedding day, our expectations were exceeded! Fleur De Lis's decoration of an outdoor arbor was absolutely perfect for the ceremony, and a beautiful background for posed photos afterward. Bridal party flowers were stunning and exactly as we had hoped. Margaux's use of greens and decorative wire give a special and unique touch to her presentation. It's true, Fleur De Lis creates works of art! For those on a budget, don't let these amazing designs fool you, prices are very reasonable and Margaux is great at choosing flowers to fit all budgets. I would highly recommend Fleur De Lis and use them for every occasion.
