Farias surf shop is an original to the core. Any FAMILY business that has been around for 35+ years and not gone the big corporate route, is awesome in my book...keepin it real, and doin it right.
everytime I visit the East coast I stop by for laughs with the Farias gang, plus the selection of boards and clothes is the best I have EVER found, East or West coasts.
Gotta get your Farias on...you guys rule! shaka

without a doubt the best surf shop andddd and clothing store on the "I" not matter what your age... great advice on surfing, where to go on the island and brian gives the best surf lessons ont the island, all the kids and adults look for his advice and instruction...
I always get
great things for birthday gifts there for my son and daughters and grandchildren great clothes selection in small sizes and up)... anniversary gifts (for the hubby, not the wife!!) andddd great prompt helpful service, whether it is for a delivery for that bike u just purchased orrrr even the baby euipment (even with child seats on them the bike, et.. you need to rent for guests andddd also, if u need party tables and chairs etc..

this is the best store ever. The Farias family is seriously one of the nicest family's ever, and their store is certainly the same way if you know what I mean. they have the best products and coolest brands. I LOVE FARIAS!

When You Get Down To It, FARIAS is the Best Shop on L.B.I. & Probably The Jersey Shore...Period. Great Staff, Fun Crew, Very Helpful. It just doesn't get any Better than Brian & the Gang @ FARIAS!

"Farias Surf Shop is a great store!! The girls clothing is the best ever - they carry all the top brands and alot of it. You can always find alot of great stuff there - go in often - they add and change it up weekly - a fun place to shop - and their help is always ready to help you and keep you informed about everything from boards to great sunglasses - I try to stop in as often as I can to their Ship Bottom store - it's their largest - it's closed now - I can't wait until it opens again - but I've shopped at their Surf City store - it really has evolved this past year into another great surf shop - and their Beach Haven store is really neat - 2 stories - the best gift I can give any of my friends or family is a gift certificate from their store - everyone loves it because they always find something that they really love - it's really great to have a store of this caliber on LBI - as I travel around, I think Farias is one of the best surf shops that I've ever been in - if you have the time when you're in the store - talk to the guys about their winter surfing travels - they can really give you alot of information about surf spots all over the world because they've been to alot of them - I got alot of great info on Costa Rica and Fiji from them - came in handy - all I can say is that they just are the best - thanks guys - I look forward to shopping in your store all the time -
