EXPRESSO YOURSELF - A NEW EARTH CAFE is quite a unique place. We have the largest variety of coffee drinks in the entire Philadelphia area with a variety of food and desserts. In the evening, it's a Night Club atmosphere with local bands, karaoke, dances, trivia, Free WiFi & Comcast Cable all day, every day. ...And for the soul; A Course In Miracles every Thursday @ 7PM and Eckhart Tolle DVD Retreat Series every Saturday @ 6PM downstairs. This is a family operated business with lots of love and dedication. You have to try Robin's huge Chicken Caesar Salad with warm grilled chicken or the breakfast sandwiches served on a large variety of bagels, croissants, rolls or breads. All made to order, nothing premade. Other fares include Angus Cheeseburgers; Meatball/Cold cut sandwiches, Wraps and more. We even have hotdogs for the kids! Our Dessert menu consists of a variety of pies, cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream & water ice. We have over 80 varieties of coffee and coffee flavors, not to mention Hot or Iced Lattes, Cappuccinos, Mochas, etc.. Stop in, ...and see what we mean.

I travel alot to mich to gulfport miss. I have sat in saint louis coffee bistros to chicago hot spots to road side stops in ohio. this place is a really current shop tucked away in philadelphia. on a level to some 200 top level coffee shops. thier openness and friendlyness remindes me off coffee shops in mid-america. Something not found along the east coast. They run a business with YOU and for YOU. Watch TV, use the free PHILA. Wifi or go on line with Comcast high speed. Grab a grilled Ham & cheese and a cup of coffee or soda. Pull up a chair and listen to a little live Music. Sort of a NEW version of a beatneak mood. Really an affortable place to take a break.

Expresso Yourself truly is a gem! The place gives off an almost bohemian vibe while still keeping with the cozy ambience that is the traditional café. There are well over a hundred different kinds of flavors offered for coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, or Italian sodas as well as some specialty drinks exclusive to Expresso yourself. All of which are available iced. The café also offers an extensive menu, everything from breakfast croissants to shrimp in a basket. My personal favorite is the perfectly proportioned Chicken Caesar Salad. Yum. But save room for dessert because they are decadent to say the least. By nightfall, the café practically transforms into a night club. There is never a dull moment. Whether it’s “Sexy Baxter” hosting karaoke or open mike night, the café is a potent cure for boredom and will leave you feeling pleasantly refreshed time and time again.

Excellent entertainment spot - age group is from young to old (like me) and the karaoke range is fabulous. 7 nights a week entertainment, and open every day before noon. Good food and lots of decent people!!!!

Always a lively crowd. Not your ordinary coffee house.....much much more. Come on in, you'll be pleasantly surprised! Incredibly friendly and welcoming people here. Kind of like "Cheers" without the alcohol. I LOVE IT HERE ! ! !

I was born in Port Richmond in 1934 and now live in Mayfair. Back in the old days, we could walk or ride the trolleys and feel safe all over the city. We live in a different world today ... but thanks to places like Expresso Yourself, I can rest easy when I know when my daughter and granddaughter are at this Coffee Shop. FANTASTIC!!!!!
This coffee house is the best in the city ... ps: their original cheesecake is awesome!!!! Try it sometime!
