What is Excellence Training Camps, Inc.? We are a concept well before it's time. We have redefined Excellence. We are not everybody else. Of course we build physical strength. What sets us apart is our commitment to mental toughness. With proper instruction, preparation and discipline to create and sustain Excellence, our athletes will notice an increase in strength, confidence, and belief. Would it matter if you could drain every free-throw at a 2:30 practice on a Saturday afternoon if you couldn't sink the game-winning shot with 3 seconds left on a Friday night in front of 487 people at the state championship game? Would it matter? We have yet to find a training program as comprehensive as ours. We have yet to find a sport that doesn't require both physical and mental prowess. Athletic training has yet to know Excellence... Until Now.

The facility is TOPS!!!!!! However, the staff is better!!!!!!!!! Could not ask for a more dedicated and qualified staff. My daughters have improved their skills and mental outlook since working with ETC.
The girls really work with you and they are truly dedicated to seeing everyone succeed. They are very positive group of ladies. I am recommending them to everyone.
The best all around staff, friendly, enjoyable, and really know their stuff. Great training with small numbers, so you can get the attention you need to get where you need to be. GO ETC!!!
No other gym has a committed staff like ETC. This separates them from everyone else.
