You feel welcomed the second you walk in the store. Robert is extremely hospitable and attentive. No Hard commission sales here - he encourages you to look around and take you time and is there to answer all the questions you have. He is very laid back, as is his store, but definitely up on the latest fashions from around the world. That's not all...he has created a comfortable lounge area for you to wait as he grinds your lenses for you. You can walk out the door with that new look in less than an hour and for much less the price than anywhere I've shopped before. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello and chat it up. Great guy, great stuff, great addition to the city.
