AWESOME! I belonged to a "commercial" gym - the people there were very COLD. I joined EFF in the beginning of 2008 and LOVE IT! The staff is very friendly. They are always willing to help assist you in your training - giving very valuable tips. EFF ROCKS!!!!

While I question the value of a contest that pits family-owned businesses against national franchises with vocal memberships, I'm casting my vote for East Falls Fitness. I lived in East Falls while this gym was under construction and was impressed then as I am now by the level of commitment to a quality facility opened not only to offer a wide variety of services but constructed in support of the neighborhood's development. Best of luck to EFF!

A friendly and comfortable atmosphere to work out in. The staff are great and have the best certified trainers around!

East Falls Fitness is well kept facility. Family-owed gym is very different. When you come you are greeted just like you are part of their family. How many gyms do you know have a golf simulator. I would refer my friends to this gym.

Family oriented; diversity, which we need in our city for some way for us all to pull together in a neighborhood that needs and appreciates East Falls Fitness for extending their family to us. :-)

The family atmosphere at EFF is amazing. Howard Aaron and his family really take care of you! They offer many different classes and wonderful personal training sessions. Furthermore, Howard and his family give back to Philadelphia by working with our students on health and fitness.
