Power Yoga, offered in our brand new Yoga studio located on the second floor of our facilty, instructed by certified Yoga instructors (extonyoga.com) and American Kickboxing under the tutelage of Captain Dennis Brumfield (USKBA kickboxer). Best gym for expert instruction. Best BJJ team in PA. Best Kickboxing Instructor in Chester County and Best Conditioning coach on the East Coast. They are the most qualified and proven teachers. There is for sure not a better school. Two bad reviews below but read the other hundred positive ones. Good job Dragon Gym and Alliance Team BAJJI!!!
It's the best organized gym in town and most heard of by the mothers.
Master Heath at Dragon Gym is a great teacher. Instructor Sienna and all the other instructors I have had are also wonderful. My daughter has trained at Dragon Gym for 3 years and I have been training for about 1 year. The classes for children are lively and fun, yet organized and well-managed. My daughter loves it! The adult classes are challenging, fun, and a great workout. Thanks to all at the Dragon Gym!
My DS joined this Dragon Gym for almost 3 years. He was very shy at the beginning and never said hi to everybody. Since he practiced Martial Arts with instructor Lonnie and others he gained confidence, disciplined, and became very healthy. I am very pleased with the instructors and would recommend it to everybody.
Our boys have been with Dragon Gym for 2-3 years. Master Heath is wonderful with kids. The program stresses discipline, respect, focus, and physical fitness. Well worth the time and money.

In addition to the expert martial arts training my children received at Dragon Gym I was overwhelmed with the care and concern the staff demonstrates towards all of its students and our community. Whether they're helping a child work through a personal struggle or raising money and awareness for issues around poverty, health and wellness, the instructors at Dragon Gym prove time and again how much they care!

The teacher at Dragon Gym knows how to teach karate very well.
We are always commended on our son Tyler 's behavior and we always thank them but tell them that his karate has help him and our family by teaching him self assurance, respect for family and friends! He gives everything his 100% and is very confident in what he does and that is a great feeling for him and for the parents! We love Senior Master Heath and his staff!

My son (age 11) went to Dragon Gym from ages 8 to 10. In addition to learning the techniques, the instructors taught him discipline, self respect and most importantly to respect others around him. He has moved on to other activities, but he will cherish his experience at Dragon Gym for a long time.
It is a great place. The set up and dedication is just amazing.
