Ken and his team just catered our outdoor wedding reception and it was phenomenal. "Catered" is really an understatement, since he also figured out our tenting needs, managed our reception schedule, sat down with us to custom-design a menu (that fit our budget!), coordinated with our DJ and photographer, and - at the very last minute - got us some much needed portable toilets. Moreover, he did this in dismal weather, with a smile on his face. As for the food, our guests raved about it. Multiple people told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Ken is also just great to work with. He's enthusiastic, responsive, and he really knows his stuff. He's also a really fun and friendly person. We enjoyed getting to know him and hope he'll continue to hang out with us now that the wedding is over! (Ken's partner & team are also great - professional and nice).

I found Ken quite by accident and thankfully it turned out to be an excellent discovery. My husband and I are fairly picky about our food. We didn't want to be another rubber chicken wedding reception.
The only guidance I gave to Ken was that if there was one thing I wanted, it was for people to leave our reception talking about how awesome the food was.
He also dutifully schlepped us all over the city to show us venues until we found the perfect site. He went far, far beyond the call of duty.
All I can say is that he met and exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food amazing, his staff was very professional and I didn't have to deal with a single thing that night.
Would, and are currently planning to, use his services again.
They are very accomodating and their food is delicous. The servers were wonderful. They just were a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning; selecting the date to the end of the actual affair. Their pricing also was very fair and I would definately use them again.
Kenny is a genius of flavor and detail! His palate and presence are welcome at my event any time, and I would highly recommend his services to any and all in need! You will not be disappointed.

Ken is the very best caterer. He gives such personal attention to every detail. He catered my daughter's wedding and we were all so pleased with everything that day. The food and service were impeccable. Everyone loved the freshness and diverse menu that he helped create. Oh and did I say the presentation of each station was masterful. He created a day of happy memories.
Amazing synergy: we were in total conceptual control of our event but with the foundation of Kens attention to detail and years s of experience. So we had exactly what we wanted and Ken made it work. Somehow! A truly ground-breaking event at The Icebox that, looking back, seemed almost impossible...but the result was an unforgettable wedding for both us and our guests!

Ken Correll saved my wedding. Three weeks before our day, when our original caterer failed to show up for our final meeting, we discovered that he had declared bankruptcy and was nowhere to be found. As luck would have it, our final meeting with our photographer was the next day and she had worked with Ken at another wedding that very weekend. Her praise for Ken could not have been stronger. Having nothing to lose, I contacted him. With less than 3 weeks notice, he understood our vision and made it happen. Adding his own distinctive flair, what Ken produced was more than we could have hoped for under the best of circumstances, let alone the last minute conditions in which we found ourselves. The food was wonderful, the staff was FANTASTIC, and nearly a year later, guests are still commenting on both. I could go on and on about the food and staff, but I would simply be parroting the other reviews. Because we were planning our wedding long-distance, I didn't actually meet Ken until a few days before the wedding. At the end of our meeting, he hugged me and told me not to worry ... that he'd take care of everything. True to his word, he took care of everything and my husband and I had a wonderful, stress-free evening to enjoy the amazing celebration that Ken helped create. I think he also had something to do with the absolutely perfect October day that we had for our outdoor wedding and reception ;) Thanks, Ken. You will always be a part of our wedding story. Ken catered my wedding in May and everyone was so impressed with the food and service. I would use him again in a second for any large famiy party.
Had this organization cater my fathers 65th birthday party. They were friendly, flexible and creative. The guests were please with the food and service and it was a great day for my father as he was battling a terminal illness. I would recommend this organization to others and have -- and have also continued to use them myself.
Perfection - pure and simple. We could not have been happier with everything, but what really impressed us was the level of genuine caring, which is a rare commodity these days. We will continue to pass the word on, and thank you again, Ken and Mike, for a truly memorable day!
