So many different atmosphers over the years but it will always be just Dirty Frank's and part of my memory of my youth.

First bar we visited in Philly during a visit... a very welcoming place, with great draft beer and a fine jukebox!

It's Dirty Frank's, the one corner bar everyone should try, and it's a great place to people watch, as there is a cast of characters, that frequent this bar.
