I have shopped all around & found Diamond's prices to be the absolute best! They also delivered the very next day (on a sunday!) which I felt was very convenient.

Diamond Furniture is awesome with customer service. That last person sound impatient to me. 3 weeks to order. LOL normally stuff like that takes 4-6 weeks! I had an issue with a chair that broke, they had it in stock and replaced it in about a week. I've never had any service issue with Diamond.
Diamonds furniture 5 stars?? You guys gotta be kidding me, right? I bought a living room set from these creeps a few months ago and have had nothing but problems! customer service? Ummm. yeah..what service?? I've had nothing but terrible service from these people. Very unprofessional. The cushions to both my pieces were sunken in a month after my purchase. I called to re-order the cushions. The woman told me she would pt in the order..3 weeks go by, no phone call, nothing! I call to see where my cushions are only to find out the woman NEVER entered the info in her computer! I am livid! The worse customer service. Nothing but the run around from these JERKS! Stay away from DIAMONDS! I wold love to punch Gary Diamonds in his curly haired face!
I have been buying my furniture from Diamond Furniture for the last 25 years. They have great salesmen, very fast delivery, and a warehouse full of great buys and good quality of furniture.

Diamond Furniture Outlet stores offers different brands than the regular Diamond Stores at even more discounted prices! The employees are always friendly and ready to help the consumer with their needs.
I bought furniture for my living room,bedrooms,dining rooom and have always have friendly service and great deals. They handle problem in a timely manner to make a customer happy. I will go back for any purchases in the near future.
