In October 1999, we opened in Philadelphia, PA with a Northern Italian Steakhouse concept. The menu includes a selection of the finest cuts of meat - Prime aged Brandt Beef New York Sirloin, Filet Mignon, Kobe Rib-Eye Steak, and Porterhouse Veal Chop. The menu also includes well-known classic Davio's specialties such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Penne Applewood Smoked Chicken and more.

I'd go for wine and chicken livers, OMG, dinner ain't too shabby either.
With most restaurants, the first bite is the best, warm and flavorful but the taste does not last throughout the whole meal. At Davio's, their steak just got better and better with each bite. I should have stopped half way through the steak but just could not resist the wonderful flavor. Their service is without a doubt the best in the city as well.
It all derives from the owner's ebullience and expertise at what he does.
