Great chicken cutlet sandwich!
Not only are the owners great, but you haven't lived until you tasted one of their great hoagies!
Getting a hoagie at any random deli isn't an option in South Philly. The only way to cure the hunger pains is to attempt to finish one of their amazingly huge chicken cutlet and provolone hoagies. Settle for nothing but the best, and the best is D'Alessandro's Deli.
They have the best sandwiches in Philly! They also have a great atmosphere inside the store and are always friendly to their customers!

Charlie is very good to me and my crew when we go there for lunch.The sandwiches are so big I can't even eat a whole on.This place definitely has the best hoagies I ever had.
They are very friendly and they are not greedy with their meat. The hoagies are huge and taste great.
