Crescent Moon Coffee & Tea was started by Ron & Sharon Vaccarello of Mullica Hill, NJ in 2004. Ron had a large background in Packaging Sales and marketing as well as being a patent holder for a new and innovative packaging system that is used widely in the industry today. Sharon has a long history in Retail Sales and Customer Service as well as being a stay at home mom for 12 years to their boys, Andrew & Tyler. Sharon & Ron both agreed that there was a great need for a good quality coffee shop/café in Mullica Hill and together, they joined the Specialty Coffee Association and set out to learn as much about the specialty coffee industry as possible with large amounts of seminars and training to bring the town a high quality coffee roaster/café as well as a place to gather, unwind and create an environment that has a sense of community. Ron is a member of the Roaster's Guild and an active Artisan Roaster.
